Refund Policy
Upholstery, curtains and furniture – These are “made to order” and unless they are damaged, faulty upon delivery, or not made to the correct specifications, they cannot be returned for a refund, unless we agree to accept the item back. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct 25% of the full cost of the item, and deduct this amount from the refund we make.

We accept returns for other items within 30 days of delivery, and the cost for the return is to be paid by the customer.
If the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, no return charge will be payable.

The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
If the packaging is too damaged to re-use or you no longer have the packaging, you can use a similar-sized box. Please ensure the package is wrapped to avoid damage in transit.
If the item was delivered unassembled, it should be returned unassembled.

If packaging was removed as part of the delivery process, no packaging will be needed.
We offer a collection service:-
Large Items (2-Man Collection): £60 + VAT
All Other Items: £30 + VAT

These rates apply to collections within a 50-mile radius of WN6 7NF.
​
For collections beyond this radius, an additional charge of £0.66 per mile (inc. VAT) applies.

To return an item, send an email to info@refreshyourcaravan.co.uk advising of your wish to return the item, along with the reason.

Please include the following information:-

- Your Full Name
- The Original Delivery Address
- Caravan Serial Number
- Plot Number
- Caravan Park Name
- Caravan Park Full Address
- Any image to support a damage or fault claim

Once we receive the email, we shall make contact with you via email to confirm the next steps.
We don't offer direct exchanges.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after its delivered.
​
All sales and contracts shall be construed according to English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of English Courts. Marginal headings in these Conditions are for guidance only and shall not be construed as part of these Conditions
